For Efficient, Gentle Grain Unloading

Brock's MODEL ABC™ Silo Sweep is designed to be fully submerged in grain and to operate after gravity will no longer unload a flat-bottom storage silo. This commercial silo sweep system allows flat-bottom silos 9 to 60 meters (30 to 200 feet) to be unloaded as efficiently as hopper-bottom storage silos.

Solid Construction for Gentle Unloading

• Provides gentle and even movement of grain toward the discharge sump.
• Features auger encased by heavy-duty conveyor tube.
• Brock’s MODEL ABC Sweep is the only sweep with a hydraulically-powered drive and patented agitator system for handling heavy unloading conditions and helping to prevent motor burnout.
• Hydraulic tubing and sump is designed into the sweep for easier maintenance.
• Sweep system is capable of single or double pass operation.

Three Capacity Ranges Offered:

• 254-mm (10-inch) diameter auger for up to 75 metric tons (3,000 bushels) per hour at 175 rpm.
• 406-mm (16-inch) diameter auger for 125 to 250 metric tons (5,000 to 10,000 bushels) per hour at 145 rpm.
• 610-mm (24-inch) diameter auger for up to 500 metric tons (20,000 bushels) per hour at 100 rpm.

Moves Through Grain
Unique, patented drive systems are designed to move the Brock MODEL ABC Silo Sweep through grain at the bottom of the silo. Two types of drives are available: wheel drive and crawler track drive.

Wheel Drive System (standard drive)

• Features hydraulically-driven drive wheel with weighed, foam-filled, airless tire.
• Moves through grain assuring thorough clean out.

Crawler Track Drive System (patented optional drive)

• Features hydraulically-driven tank-style endless chain track with replaceable urethane cleats.
• Designed for use with harder-to-flow materials like soybeans.
• Keeps sweep close to the silo floor to reduce grain damage.
