Enclosed Roller-Belt Conveyors

Brock's Enclosed Roller-Belt Conveyor System
Brock's Enclosed Roller-Belt Conveyor System

Brock's Enclosed Roller-Belt Conveyor System offers the quality features and the rugged design needed for conveyor operation. Plus, with Brock's Intermediate Discharge Unit, one conveyor can service many silos.

  • Conveyors available in a variety of belt widths from 460 to 1370 mm (18 to 54 inches) and speeds from 100 to 700 feet (30 to 200 meters) per minute. Capacities from 33 to 1,600 metric tons (1,000 to 58,000 bushels) per hour.
  • Galvanized steel construction with a dust- and weather-tight design for dependable, long-lasting operation.
  • Conveyor system is able to convey most grains at angles of up to 25 degrees with standard belting. For steeper angles, contact Brock for recommendations.
  • Unique, heavy-duty idler pulley design (patent pending) minimizes harmonic vibrations to extend bearing life and provide smoother belt operation.
  • Idler pulleys in the conveyor's intermediate sections are mounted on 1.5-m (5-ft.) centers and dynamically-balanced for smoother belt operation.
  • Conveyor uses removable covers with quick-release latches so the conveyor can be easily accessed from just one side for maintenance. Raised rib in the center of the cover adds strength and creates a peak to better shed rain or snow.
  • Heavy-duty belt is oil-resistant, static conductive, and fire-retardant.
  • Efficient, self-cleaning tail section has reloading capabilities to help recapture any grain spilled from the belt.
  • Capable of doing full-load starts, each conveyor system is matched to the proper motor drive and gear reducers needed for efficient, energy-saving operation based on the conveyor's length.
  • Self-aligning, heavy-duty bearings mount on outside of conveyor's housing for easy maintenance, longevity, and safety.
  • Optional features available include enclosed gravity belt take-up, intermediate discharge unit, and other accessories for special uses.
